We are happy to process your TeenTravelCard order by mail. Just download and print out one mail-in order form for each child and fill in all of the requested information. Be sure to attach a photo of each child to the appropriate order form. The calculations at the bottom of the form has a field for Sales Tax, but that ONLY applies to California residents (7.75%). The shipping choices and prices are shown below, so you just make your selection and include the shipping in your total cost on the form.

The order form is missing one important item — your choice of lanyard color!  You can choose from yellow, orange, red, green, purple, blue, navy blue, white or black.  Just write your lanyard color choice on the application.  If you do not make a lanyard color choice, the default color shipped will be yellow.
